Based in New York and established in 2001, we actively participate in the U.S. and Canadian Energy, Project Finance, and Infrastructure markets. We are predominantly transaction orientated, however we are seeking opportunities to build broader customer relationships, in certain core markets, such as Oil & Gas, Wind and Power finance.

Our experience is from "well-head to light switch". The team has executed transactions in the Upstream, Midstream, and Downstream segments of the Oil & Gas industry. The team has successfully executed on numerous highly structured transactions, such as Reserve Based Facilities, Asset Based Facilities, Project Financings, Infrastructure Financings and Synthetic Leases.

The team has been the sole lender on a number of transactions and is very active in both Club transactions and the wider syndicated loan markets, both primary and secondary.
